Here are 3 of my favorite ways to make money online.
1. Creating Your Own Products to Sell
Instead of only relying on promoting other people’s products, I learned how to create digital products of my own.
These could be things like:
- An eBook
- A guide or checklist
- A digital planner
- Templates
The beauty of digital products is that you make them once, and then they can sell over and over again. There’s no inventory, no shipping, and no extra costs. It’s truly passive income that builds over time.
I’ve learned how to brainstorm product ideas, package them in a way that’s attractive, and price them so they actually sell.
2. Creating a Course
At first, the thought of making a course felt overwhelming. “Who am I to teach?”
But I’ve learned that I don’t need to be an “expert.” I just need to know how to solve a problem or teach a skill that someone else wants to learn.
I’ve learned:
- How to pick a course topic
- The easiest way to record lessons (even with just my phone!)
- How to host and sell the course
- Marketing strategies to actually get students enrolled
Now, instead of trading my time for money, I can package what I know into a course and let it bring in income on autopilot.
3. Monetizing with a Podcast
I’ve learned that podcasts aren’t just about having fun conversations—they can become powerful platforms for income.
Ways to monetize include:
- Sponsorships and brand deals
- Promoting your own products or affiliate links
- Building an audience that can lead to course sales or memberships
And the best part? You don’t need fancy equipment. You can literally start a podcast with your phone or laptop and grow from there.
Final Thoughts
These three online income streams—creating your own products, creating a course, and monetizing with a podcast—showed me that making money online isn’t about luck. It’s about learning the right skills and putting them into action.
